ELUNA is committed to keeping the cost of our educational events affordable, especially in these budget-challenged times. In order to provide quality member-based programming, we ask that individuals register for each of the events that are relevant to their work. Sharing login information for group-viewing sessions undermines ELUNA's ability to provide this programming. If you value the program and community that provides this content, either via the face-to-face meeting or online, please register for each session you will attend with your email account.

Strategic Vision Part 3: Customer Support & Content Operations - Jed Gilmore, Ex Libris; Osnat Vilenchik, Ex Libris
In a data-driven world, our goal is to help libraries have the data they need to make smart choices and reshape/automate workflows. In this session, we’ll talk about our work to create tools that measure library success across platforms, initiatives, and goals, instead of simply counting staff activity. These tools can help predict and plan the future, ensuring efficient use of limited resources and mission success for the library.
Using ChatGPT to Create Norm Rules for Alma - Jill Strykowski, San José State University
I'm sure that everyone who creates norm rules has struggled. It is not an easy-to-understand syntax. I thought I'd see if ChatGPT could help me, but first I had to train it. I will share this experience with those at the ELUNA conference.
